In the server creation wizard, the Apps offer ready-to-use ERPs. You choose the server's size as you would for any machine.
The ERP, its database and its web server are installed in the image. At first boot, the machine creates your administrator account with a password that belongs to you alone.
The email goes out only once we have opened your ERP's sign-in page ourselves. If it does not answer, you receive no credentials: we are alerted in your place.
What changes with an ERP hosted on a machine of your own.
The ERP runs on your server, not on a shared platform. Nobody else has an account on it, and you can take everything with you whenever you like.
You pay for the server, not for the number of people who connect to it. Adding a colleague does not change the bill.
Odoo, Dolibarr and ERPNext are open source: no licence to renew, and a community that publishes modules.
The server answers on an .sslip.io address from delivery, without waiting for a domain name. You connect your own whenever you like.
It is the real, complete application, with root access to the server that runs it. You install the modules you want.
An ERP for three people does not need the same machine as an ERP for thirty. You choose, the price follows, and the server can be enlarged from its page.
Where what we deliver stops.
We deliver an installed, reachable ERP with an administrator account. The chart of accounts, items, taxes and permissions are set up in the application.
A new version of Odoo or ERPNext is installed on your server by you or by your integrator. We do not touch a database in production.
An ERP is your accounting: turn on Cloud Backup when you order, and keep your own exports too.
A partner integrator can take care of the setup: say so in your quote request.
The price of a server, not of a number of users: MAD 390 excl. tax a month for Dolibarr, MAD 420 excl. tax for Odoo or ERPNext, IPv4 address included. The whole team connects to it for the same price.
No: we install the open-source editions of Odoo (Community), Dolibarr and ERPNext. Only some add-on modules are paid for, to their authors.
As many as you like: the price does not depend on the number of accounts. What matters is the number of people active at the same time; the advised size is on each ERP's page, and the server can be enlarged from its page.
On your server, which belongs to you alone: nobody else has an account on it. You choose the region when you order, and you can export everything whenever you like.
All three ERPs import files, CSV or Excel, for customers, products and stock. For a complete migration, a partner integrator can take care of it: mention it in your quote request.
We deliver the ERP installed, reachable and checked, with an administrator account. The business setup is done in the application, by you or by a partner integrator we introduce you to: tick it in the quote request.
You delete the server and order another one with another ERP. The unused part of the paid period is credited to your balance, as the Service contract provides.
